That's tricky. A lot of parameters affect the overall download/upload speeds. All the network mumbo-jumbo is a bit too confusing.I have noticed that it largely depends on how many other people are trying to access internet at the same time. So at 2am in the morning you might get better speeds than trying to download something at 12pm in the afternoon
